The system of accountability is very essential for stability and financial development of a state because under this system national wealth and resources are properly utilized and the state meets overall development. But if the state has a weak or inactive system of accountability then the country can no more remains prosperous and financially stable despite its good qualities of political system. Any welfare and ideal state must have balanced economy and financial system. The state should evaluate performance of its officials in order to block their way to corruption, dishonesty and misuse of powers. There are several matters regarding trade and economy without which it is impossible to get rid of financial crises. For example, artificial scarcity of commodities, hoarding, speculative trade, monopoly, smuggling, fraudulent in eatable things and medicines, interest based bargaining, bribery etc. These things could only be controlled through a system of accountability. It is necessary to regularize the effective characteristics of transparent accountability in society. Corruption and dishonesty must be eradicated from society. Similarly the institutions should keep strict check on fraud, beggary, gambling, corruption of government officials, bank default and use of unfair means for earning and purification of state institutions.
